Accounting Specialist Payment Transactions

Your tasks
You are responsible for account management and electronic payment transactions for a defined number of current accounts at banks/Postfinance
You record payment outflows and inflows and undertake account reconciliations
You are responsible for the creation of disbursement files and individual payments
You process and check incoming tenant payments that cannot be automatically posted for responsible current accounts
You support the preparation of LSV/DD files for rent collection, the control of security deposits (rent deposits) as well as projects for payment transactions and/or the finance department

Your profile
You have a commercial basic training as well as further training in accounting
You have proven knowledge in accounting and payment transactions, ideally in the real estate industry
You have a good understanding of debit/credit, balance sheet/income statement and expense/revenue
You can communicate fluently orally and in writing in German; oral and written French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
You are proficient in using Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ideally have knowledge of Mammut LION and REM
You possess self-learning competence and you enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
