Your tasks: • 360° consulting: Support of customer companies and candidates throughout the entire recruiting process • Independent acquisition of new customers and projects in the assigned market segment • Consulting customers on personnel strategies and market conditions • Creation and management of job postings, active sourcing and candidate interviews • Negotiation of contracts and accompaniment until successful placement You bring: • Commercial or business management training (or studies) • Experience in sales or personnel consulting is an advantage • Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiating skills and hands-on mentality • Enthusiasm for dealing with people and a strong results-oriented approach • Stylish German language skills, English language skills desirable Ready to use your talent for talents?
