Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Disposition, planning and coordination of complex outpatient appointments in the Interdisciplinary Vertigo Center (Clinic for ORL, Clinic for Neurology, Eye Clinic and Physiotherapy) for two locations • Planning of inpatient consultations • Telephone and personal patient contact • Sending patient notifications • Ensuring the optimal utilization of rooms and resources at the two locations of the Vertigo Center • General secretarial work • Occasional writing of medical reports, insurance reports and expert opinions from dictation Your profile • Medical or commercial basic training with further training as a medical secretary and at least two years of professional experience in a hospital / doctor's practice • Skill in dealing with complex appointment planning, quick comprehension as well as precise way of working, even in hectic times • Independent and self-responsible working, mutual substitution within the team • Very good MS-Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote), experience with KISIM is an advantage • Stylish German in speaking and writing, foreign language skills are an advantage • Joy in working with people as well as a strong service orientation Our benefits We look forward to your application Stephanie Indlekofer Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
