The Education Culture Sport department is the contact point for all educational matters, for schools and all-day schools, for cultural events and offers in the field of sport. For this lively, versatile department with over 100 employees in administration and all-day schools as well as over 300 employees in schools and kindergartens, we are looking for reinforcement starting from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, fixed-term until 31 May 2027, a Clerk Primary School 70-80%. Time for a new professional challenge? * You perform all work related to changes for teachers as well as students (relocations, address changes, etc.) * You are responsible for monitoring compulsory schooling * You perform administrative work related to the allocation for kindergarten, the 1st grade and the 7th grade * You take on further administrative tasks for the school commission, such as the preparation of school commission meetings * You ensure the counter and telephone service in cooperation with your colleagues and take on general secretarial work.
