How you will help shape it: ##

• You lead demanding infrastructure projects in the cross-divisional structure of ewl

and, as part of the Sekundärtechnik team, you are responsible for the planning and realization of electrical systems as well as control and monitoring technology systems - from the first idea to successful commissioning

• You are responsible for the electrical planning of our plants, coordinate the creation of plans, diagrams, and technical documentation, undertake smaller planning tasks and adjustments to diagrams if required, and ensure a structured handover to operations.
• You drive sustainable energy projects forward and thereby make a direct contribution to the decarbonization of the region.
• You prepare cost calculations, budgets, and decision-making bases and support the project teams as an electrical engineering specialist.
• You conduct public tenders and create the necessary documents professionally and on schedule.
• You represent your field of expertise in internal and external project meetings and work closely with authorities, specialist planners, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders.
• You contribute ideas, help shape processes, and continuously develop our working methods.
• You support our apprentices with your knowledge and actively contribute to their professional development.

What you bring with you: ##

• You have completed basic electrical training as an electrical installer, electrical planner, automation technician, or a comparable qualification.
• You have recognized further training in electrical engineering, for example as an Elektroprojektleiter:in FA, dipl. Elektroinstallateur:in HFP, Techniker:in HF, or Ingenieur:in FH, or you bring an equivalent qualification due to your many years of successful professional experience.
• You know the relevant Swiss standards, regulations, and safety provisions and apply them confidently.
• You have experience in the planning, project design, tendering, and realization of electrical systems as well as control and monitoring technology systems.
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with several parallel projects.
• You convince through your clear communication, your professional appearance, and your ability to successfully bring different interests together.
• You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, and keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
