Insurance Clerk

In the function as Insurance Clerk, you will support our mandate managers, customers, and our apprentices. Together with your team colleagues, you will ensure a professional and successful service for our private customers and SMEs.

Your area of responsibility in brief…

• preparation of tender offers to our partner companies
• preparation of comparisons of the various insurance offers
• controlling and support in the event of claims
• customer consulting and support in all insurance matters, especially for SMEs
• securing and further development of the internal control system
• practical trainer and training manager for our apprentices

Your profile corresponds to…

• You enjoy working
• initiative and willingness to take on responsibility
• basic commercial training at an insurer or fiduciary
• several years of experience in the insurance industry
• possibly a federal professional education in the field of insurance or similar diplomas
• willingness for further training in the insurance sector
• You have good knowledge in the field of commercial insurance
• very good manners
• experience in the training of apprentices according to the new NKG
• possibly a master trainer course
• suitable for re-entrants.
