Running a station, cold and warm kitchen

Production, preparing mise en place for the shift

Ramen, including the broth, is made from scratch, experience is required

Japanese tapas, dessert, ramen, and original specials are offered

Restaurant opening hours 11.30 to 14.00 and 17.30 to 23.00, closed on Sundays

We are looking for a cook who works accurately and focuses on quality

Is eager to learn and can work precisely according to recipe

Quality awareness is highly emphasized because everything is prepared fresh

You should have at least 5 years of professional experience as a cook, in running your own station

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in such a restaurant and have experience in Japanese cuisine
