ASA / nursing assistant F/M/X / long-term interim / Hospital

We are looking for Care and Support Assistants / Nursing Assistants M/F/D to work within a renowned hospital in Genève - 50-100% negotiable planning - Interim

Responsibilities

• Apply instructions received from nurses and community health and care assistants, organize and provide ADL care delegated by the latter;
• Ensure, during end-of-life periods, quality care referring to the rules and standards in force in this field (responses to physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs);
• Transmit observations orally and in writing in the resident's computerized file; Participate in the distribution of meals and snacks as well as the maintenance of the residents' material environment;
• Accompany residents to animation activities;
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team

Profile

• Holder of the AFP Aide en soin et accompagnement (ASA) or nursing assistant diploma only
• Auxiliary diploma not accepted,
• Swiss residence mandatory
• Spoken and written French mandatory ;
• Interpersonal skills, respect, empathy and availability ;
• Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinarity ;
• Flexibility and aptitude to intervene on request with various establishments.
