Global Supply Chain Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d) Operations As a Global Supply Chain Specialist, you will take on a key role in our global planning. You are responsible for the end-to-end planning process, from demand planning and the S&OP process to the continuous optimization of planning parameters and inventories. Together with our production sites in Switzerland, India, and Germany, you ensure transparency in planning, well-founded decisions, and a high-performance supply chain. What makes your everyday life exciting? * Responsibility for global S&OP planning and forecasting. * Creation of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and global spare parts planning. * Coordination of the global supply chain with production, procurement, and logistics. * Functional coordination of requirements planning as well as definition and further development of planning standards. * Coordination of global Life Cycle Management, including phase-in and phase-out processes. * Analysis of key figures, inventories, and planning parameters for continuous optimization. * Key User for Planning & Supply Chain as well as participation in the further development of systems and reportings. * Implementation of training and ensuring cross-location knowledge transfer. What do you bring with you? * Several years of experience in global production planning, requirements planning, and in the S&OP environment of an industrial company * Further training or a degree in the field of Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or comparable * High system affinity and sound know-how in modern planning methods * Analytical, structured, and independent way of working * Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different international stakeholders * Very good German and English skills What do we offer you?
