To strengthen our team, we are looking for a project manager (80-100%) for a long-term collaboration starting in October or by arrangement   About us SOPA - Studio Oesch Papalo Architektur is an architectural firm located at Hofackerstrasse 11A, near Bahnhof Stadelhofen in Zürich. We develop projects that focus on people and places, and rely on high building culture, sustainable solutions, and a holistic view of our construction tasks. Our team of around ten people works on demanding residential buildings, elderly care centers, and renovation projects in the city and region of Zürich.   Job description We are looking for a project manager for a large and exciting residential construction project as well as other demanding existing building projects. In this role, you will lead the project from the construction project stage to the handover of the keys. You will keep deadlines, costs, and quality under control and actively participate in shaping the design and planning process.   You will accompany the client, coordinate the specialist planners, maintain contact with the authorities, lead the internal team, and act as the interface between the team and the office partners.
