The position is oriented towards interior and exterior work on new or renovated buildings, in compliance with Swiss quality and safety standards. You will intervene in collaboration with other trades and contribute to delivering clean, careful, and durable works. This function is intended for people having a good mastery of painting techniques and surface preparation, as well as a methodical approach to work on site. Responsibilities • Prepare interior and exterior surfaces respecting safety directives and site instructions. • Apply manually or mechanically paints, stains, and coatings according to the systems defined by the site management. • Perform protection, masking, and cleaning work on surfaces in order to guarantee a clean finish compliant with expectations. • Ensure small basic repairs on surfaces, such as filling, sanding, and leveling before painting work. • Organize the workstation, manage the material made available, and report supply needs in a structured manner. • Collaborate with other professionals present on the site while respecting deadlines, priorities, and hierarchical instructions. Profile • Practical experience as a building painter or similar function on construction sites. • Precision, attention to detail, and clean work in the daily execution of tasks. • Reliability, punctuality, and respect for schedules agreed upon with the team and the manager. • Respectful attitude towards colleagues, customers, and property made available. • Flexibility to adapt to the different situations encountered on construction sites in the region.
