In this versatile and responsible function, you will accompany our construction projects from planning to completion and realize buildings with charisma together with us. With your manual understanding, you will ensure clean implementation on the construction site and maintain an overview of several projects simultaneously. As a coordination talent, you are the interface between the client, tradespeople, and project management and, with your high capacity for perception, contribute significantly to the smooth running of our projects.

You support the construction management in the tendering, planning, coordination, and supervision of our construction projects
You are the contact person for tradespeople, suppliers, and clients on site
You monitor compliance with deadlines and quality on the construction site
You support the construction acceptance, defect recording, and tracking
You participate in dimension and report control as well as in administrative tasks related to the construction sites
What characterizes you:
As a foundation, you bring a basic manual training (e.g., as , , carpenter or similar), ideally supplemented by further training in the field of construction management, or you are ready to undergo further training accordingly.
You are a coordination talent with a high capacity for perception and maintain an overview even in hectic moments. Open and honest communication is one of your core values. You work independently, like to roll up your sleeves, and enjoy creating new living spaces with charisma in a team.
