In order to strengthen our After-Sales Service (ASS) team, we wish to hire a: Service & Applications Engineer at 100% (m/f)Your mission You ensure the installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of our mechanical micro-machining, laser and EDM machines for a demanding international clientele Your activity: * Participate in FAT, then install and commission machines at our clients' sites until the completion of SAT * Diagnose and resolve technical problems remotely or directly on site * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations * Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automation-related troubleshooting * Provide first-level support for the production setup of new parts, in collaboration with Applications specialists * Define the spare parts and operations necessary for the recommissioning of machines * Train clients and agents in the use and maintenance of the equipment * Ensure the technical follow-up of your interventions and coordinate actions with internal teams: development, production and applications * Document diagnostics, work performed, parts used and open points in the ASS tools * Participate in the continuous improvement of machines, processes and the quality of customer support * Perform frequent international travel, representing approximately 60 to 80 % of the activity, mainly in Europe and Asia Your profile: * Engineering or technician training in mechatronics, automation, electrotechnics, mechanics or an equivalent field * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of machine tools and special machines * Solid knowledge in mechanics, electricity, automation and diagnostics of industrial systems * Knowledge of CNC systems, industrial networks and Windows environments * Knowledge of Siemens or Beckhoff programmable logic controllers for diagnostics and fault finding, programming skills, an asset * Ability to read mechanical plans as well as electrical and pneumatic diagrams * French and English at a professional level; any other language is an asset * Autonomy, rigor, analytical spirit and good organizational skills * Excellent customer orientation and ability to work effectively in a demanding international environment * Availability and flexibility to perform frequent international travel * Must hold a car driver's license Your advantages: * 5 weeks of vacation per year and 1 additional week through daily compensatory time * Flexible working hours * Possibility of teleworking * Free parking spaces * Discounts with several partners We offer an interesting and varied position addressed to a conscientious, precise person eager to progress.
