Introduction

For an established company in the real estate sector in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as Assistant Real Estate Management 100% as part of a confidential search mandate.

Tasks

• Supporting the real estate managers in the management of a versatile real estate portfolio
• Administrative management of rental relationships
• Creating and processing lease agreements, contract amendments, and terminations
• Correspondence with tenants, owners, tradespeople, and other external contact persons
• Organization and coordination of viewings, apartment inspections, and handovers
• Processing tenant inquiries and damage reports
• Obtaining and coordinating quotes as well as awarding smaller orders
• General administrative and organizational support in the field of real estate management

Profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in the real estate industry
• Initial professional experience in real estate management is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good MS Office user skills
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of contact with various stakeholders
• Reliable and team-oriented personality
