Product/Interior Consultant and Sales Back-Office

Since 1926, the owner-managed family business OLWO has developed into a central production, trading, and service company of the Swiss wood industry. We operate a trading company for wood and wood materials with state-of-the-art logistics infrastructure, high-performance sawmills, and a planing mill with surface treatment at three locations.

To complement the sales team in our showroom, we are looking for an interested and motivated personality as

Product/Interior Consultant and Sales Back-Office (60 - 100%)

In this versatile and varied activity, you will advise our customers in our modern showroom during regular showroom opening hours (includes 2 - 3 Saturday mornings per month). You will also support our sales team in the back-office in the areas of floor coverings and terraces.

What you can achieve

• Advising and supporting a versatile and demanding clientele in our showroom as well as by telephone
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent advice and successful selling
• Holistic sales processing from the independent creation of sales offers and their follow-up to order entry in our ERP MS Dynamics BC
• Cooperation with internal departments to ensure a smooth process
• Maintaining and updating our product samples and assortment documents

• With a completed vocational apprenticeship as a floor layer, carpenter, or joiner, ideally supplemented by experience in the commercial field in trade or sales
