Construction Project Manager Architecture (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Taking responsibility for construction projects from planning to realization
• Creating plans at concept, execution, and detail levels
• Coordinating and aligning the specialist personnel involved, from planning to construction management
• Accompanying projects across all phases, from the initial idea to the finished building
• Ensuring smooth implementation on the construction site

Your profile

• Completed studies in architecture or construction management (FH/ETH)
• Several years of experience in the independent management of medium-sized construction projects in Switzerland
• Familiarity with the applicable standards and legal requirements in the Swiss construction industry
• Analytical, networked way of working paired with a solution-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
• Confident use of CAD systems as well as openness towards digital planning methods such as BIM
• Driver's license category B
• German: Stylistically proficient (C2)
