What you can achieve ##

• You are responsible for the personnel and technical leadership of approx. 35 employees in the UHT/Past filling area.
• You ensure that processes, workflows, and all existing regulations (cleanliness, hygiene, etc.) are always complied with.
• You take responsibility for the smooth operation of the UHT/Past filling team.
• You coordinate and organize your team independently and are the first point of contact for emerging problems.
• You actively participate in daily operations on all machines.

What you bring with you ##

• You have completed vocational training as a machine operator or in the food environment (cheesemaker, milk technologist, etc.).
• You bring several years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the food sector.
• You have already been able to gain experience in the personnel and technical leadership of medium-sized teams.
• Your open-minded, approachable, and innovative personality will drive you forward with us.
• You have very good MS Office skills as well as good SAP user knowledge.
• You bring business-fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
