Project Manager Architecture 100% (m/f/d)

GRUNER&FRIENDS is an international architecture office in Basel and realizes projects ranging from residential and office buildings to hotel and industrial buildings. Our references include a boutique hotel in Zürich, the KPMG headquarters, the ZUR3 data center, and the Dreirosenbrücke project presented at the Venice Biennale.

Since April 2026, we have been at home in our new office at Picassoplatz 4 - an inspiring space that we renovated ourselves. We are a young, motivated team with flat hierarchies that lives personal exchange: weekly team meetings, shared lunches, industry events, and occasional after-work meetings are a matter of course.

To support our core team in Basel, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a:

Project Manager Architecture 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Management of a project in all SIA phases. You can contribute your ideas and knowledge from the first phase
• Functional leadership of 2-3 architects
• Regular exchange with clients, specialist planners, authorities
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget

Your profile

• Professional experience in project management or several years of experience as a lead architect
• Good German and English skills
• Experience in all SIA service phases
• Design and constructive knowledge
• Structured, motivating leadership personality
• Proficient in CAD programs, preferably Revit knowledge
• Interest in new tools, AI applications, and trends in the construction industry
