We are looking for a true all-rounder: someone who takes on IT support and ongoing operations just as naturally as they independently drive digitalization projects forward – and who understands our system landscape as a whole.

Your mission

You are our all-rounder in IT: just as naturally as you take on IT support and ongoing operations, you will independently drive our digitalization – from the idea to the economic implementation – and evaluate technological decisions based on sound reasoning, instead of just following costs or just trends.

Your tasks

• You reliably ensure IT support and ongoing operations
• You are responsible for our central systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft 365, other specialist applications) and ensure that they work together cleanly - together with our specialized IT service providers.
• You drive our digitalization projects forward – from the idea to the implementation, realistically planned and economically cleanly implemented
• You handle the Microsoft 365 administration yourself – quickly, uncomplicatedly, without taking a detour via external service providers
• You manage our external IT and consulting partners professionally and economically
• You are a sparring partner for the management in technological and strategic questions – and contribute your own, well-founded assessments

Your profile

• Basic vocational training EFZ in a technical profession with further training towards informatics/IT (e.g., Informatiker/in HF, NDS HF Business Engineer or IT Management, Business Informatics), IT studies, or comparable practical experience
• Preferably with experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP Business One) and Microsoft 365 at an administration level.
• Experience in managing IT/digitalization projects as well as sound project management skills
• Experience in managing external IT service providers and consultants
• A realistic sense for effort and costs – you know when a lean solution is sufficient
• Assertiveness, high speed of implementation, and the joy of seeing things through to completion
