YOUR RESPONSIBILITY Reporting directly to the Head of Development, you will undertake development work based on .Net and C# together with your team colleagues. In doing so, you design software solutions in strategic customer projects. An important task involves further developing existing applications, designing interfaces or the long-term support of demanding regular customers. You convince customers of your design and conceptual proposals and ensure that their applications achieve the best possible performance. In the tradition of this solution provider, you take on great responsibility when it comes to individual requirements or the always high user-friendliness. You coordinate your work with the project manager as well as with other internal and external specialists in an agile environment. You contribute to ensuring that the company can continue to realize its tailor-made solutions for many well-known Swiss companies in the future.

YOUR PERSONALITY You have a higher degree in computer science or a comparable field and at least 3 years of experience as a software developer .Net / C# in an agile environment. You are familiar with web technologies and frontend frameworks and additionally have experience in the back-end area. In addition to a structured way of working, you also bring good methodical knowledge. You are interested in a wide variety of things and appreciate developing solutions for the most diverse industries. In doing so, you also want to understand your customers' business in order to significantly influence customer benefit with creative approaches.
