• Manage the administrative part of a portfolio of corporate clients, vested benefits policies and the respective requests within the scope of the 2nd pillar
• Provide telephone and written information regarding entries, exits, withdrawals for real estate property and divorces
• Manage benefit cases for retirements and deaths, as well as changes to personal and payment data
• Handle general administrative tasks
• Manage various projects within the department, for example, in relation to new services

Your strengths

Basic commercial training or equivalent qualification and professional experience in a similar role

• Knowledge in the 2nd pillar or insurance sector (ideally)
• Customer and service orientation, ability to work efficiently and precisely, rapid learning ability

Interest in contact with customers and in various tasks, with the willingness to contribute to the development of new projects Preferably good command of the German and English languages
