School Social Worker

PERSPEKTIVE Region Solothurn-Grenchen is responsible for outpatient addiction assistance in the municipalities of the districts of Solothurn, Lebern, Bucheggberg and Wasseramt and includes the areas of counseling and prevention, work, living, risk and harm reduction as well as school social work. At the primary schools of Schönenwerd and Däniken, we have the following position to fill: School Social Worker 60% ## There is the option to start with 15% of the workload from 01.08.2026 and increase this to 60% from 01.10.2026, or to start with the total workload of 60% from 01.10.2026. Applications will be processed from 27.07.2026. Your tasks ### You work in a systemic-solution-oriented manner • You advise and support students with their concerns • You advise and support teachers and school management with school-related, social, family and intercultural problems that arise in school operations • You support entire classes through the design of class interventions and prevention projects • You participate in school development • You are available to legal guardians for educational questions and involve the social environment and other specialist agencies as required Your profile ### • University degree in Social Work FH or Social Pedagogy HF with additional training in the field of school social work or with the willingness to complete such • Experience in working with children, adolescents and adults • Personality with high social and self-competence • High degree of self-organization and flexibility • Solution-oriented attitude and structured way of working • Willingness for self-reflection • Interest in personal and professional development • Good communication skills • Networking with other specialist agencies in the catchment area of the municipalities • Good general IT skills • Ability to manage written case documentation effectively and efficiently Your perspectives ### We offer a versatile and exciting working environment.
