What you bring with you

• Completion as Specialist in Care EFZ / FaGe EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Ideally experience in the field of accompanying and caring for people with disabilities
• Joy in accompanying people individually and in a resource-oriented manner in their everyday lives
• Flexibility, resilience, teamwork skills, patience as well as the will and ability to make a difference
• Good administrative and PC skills
