Are you responsible for Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Governance and Compliance? #### In a key role, you will shape the legal, regulatory and governance-relevant topics of a nationally significant service company - strategically, entrepreneurially and with great scope for design. The new area of responsibility #### • Advising the executive management on legal issues • Responsibility for Legal, Regulatory and Compliance • Management of legal and strategy projects • Further development of the governance and compliance framework • Management of external law firms and legal counsel The requirement profile #### • Master of Law, ideally with a bar admission (Anwaltspatent) • Several years of experience in a demanding legal function • Pronounced expertise in commercial, public or energy law • Economic understanding, responsible action and a convincing appearance • Very good language skills in German as well as good knowledge of English and French Special features #### You will work closely with the executive management and benefit from great scope for design, a collegial team and modern working conditions.
