Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionDie Quality Unit in Kaiseraugst/Basel consists of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Quality Systems (QS) as well as Quality Compliance and Issues. We guarantee the quality and compliance of over 40 product families for more than 120 countries in an integrated Drug Product and packaging site. Additionally, we are responsible for the centralized QC and the release and stability testing conducted here of sterile and non-sterile products as well as starting and packaging materials.Our philosophy is that quality is the right of every patient, that we take responsibility for it and contribute our part to it.The OpportunityYou drive the harmonization of workflows and processes through targeted process improvements - initially in QA for QC and perspectively within the entire Quality Unit.You show great interest in analyzing and optimizing upstream and downstream steps, while always maintaining a team-oriented mindset in the sense of increasing quality and efficiency. You support us in the conception, design and training for SOPs as well as other GMP-relevant documentation and processes.You accompany the migration from Google Tools to Microsoft applications, taking on project responsibility and providing advisory support to the teams.The implementation as well as the testing of innovative AI Tools are also part of your exciting area of responsibility.You take over the independent handling of administrative processes and coordinate them trustworthily with the respective teams.Who you areYou are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in the field of pharmacy, chemistry, biology, (business) engineering, IT or related fields, or you have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree that was not more than 12 months ago.You fit perfectly with us if you bring the following:a positively thinking, integral and self-reflective personality with strong team skills and bring an open and quality-oriented attitude and mindset that is required for successful work in your team and cross-departmentally. Proactivity and hands-on mentality.
