Dispatch Clerk - Internal Sales

Your area of responsibility:

• Creating deployment plans for the daily delivery of products
• Allocating assortments for delivery
• Processing and recording returns
• Processing customer dossiers and orders (oral, written)
• Evaluations and statistics on sales/allocation of new quantities/products
• Assistance with invoice controls
• Master data entry and administration

Qualifications

Your profile:

• You have a commercial or retail training
• You bring experience in the area of dispatch and internal sales
• You communicate confidently in German and French
• You have good IT skills (MS-Office)
• Even when things get hectic, you remain calm and work accurately and motivated
• 44 Std/Woche and 4 weeks of vacation are no problem for you
