Dishwasher / Pot Washer (M/F) - Fixed-term contract at 100%

L'Hôtel Victoria, in Glion, is looking for a Dishwasher/Pot Washer on a fixed-term contract at 100% Start date: Immediately until 31.10.2026 Main responsibilities: • Clean dishes used in the dining room (plates, glasses, cutlery, trays, etc.) • Wash pots, pans, cookware, and equipment used by the kitchen team • Ensure the cleaning and polishing of silverware and utensils • Correctly use dishwashing equipment and cleaning products • Maintain the dishwashing area, kitchen, and workspaces clean and organized • Take out the trash and ensure waste sorting according to established procedures • Participate in the general cleaning of the kitchen and equipment • Replenish stations with clean material when necessary • Respect hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of service Profile sought: • Good physical capacity and speed of execution • Sense of organization and attention to cleanliness • Ability to work under pressure and in a team • Punctuality and reliability • Experience in catering (an asset, but not mandatory) • Resident of the Riviera Working conditions: • Prolonged standing • Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays • Dynamic and fast-paced working environment Qualities sought: • Autonomy • Team spirit • Rigor • Positive and professional attitude Are you interested in this job offer?
