Area of responsibility:

• Resource-oriented support and promotion of the individual development of residents
• Accompaniment in everyday life (studio program, cooking, cleaning work)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Maintaining contact with legal representatives
• File management and documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Pedagogy, FABE or equivalent
• Professional experience with people with mental disabilities
• Stress tolerance, flexibility, imagination, humor
• Independent (you work alone) and goal- and solution-oriented work
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
• Good PC skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Driver's license category B desired
