A dynamically growing, modern healthcare company in the Basel region is expanding its management structure and is looking for you as a strategically thinking, implementation-strong personality with a vision. In this newly created key role, you act as the right hand of the management. You take on central tasks independently, bring structure to complex processes and keep the threads together in the background and in the foreground. At the same time, you are a sparring partner at eye level and ensure representation in case of absence. Your tasks -- versatile and with design scope: • Co-design and further development of operational and strategic orientation • Optimization and implementation of processes, tools and organizational structures • Leadership and accompaniment of projects (including digitization and AI topics) • Interface management between different departments • Support of the management in day-to-day business as well as in overarching issues Your profile -- competent, empathetic, entrepreneurial: • Business administration background (FH/Uni), leadership experience an advantage • Experience in the healthcare sector is mandatory, ideally in a regulated environment • Pronounced IT affinity as well as understanding of modern technologies and AI • Structured, solution-oriented way of working with high quality standards • Entrepreneurial thinking and joy in taking responsibility • High social competence, discretion and a secure sense of judgment • Very good German language skills are a must, French language skills a <<Plus>> What to expect: A responsible position with a lot of design scope in a growing environment.
