DESIGN ENGINEER / PRODUCT DESIGNER (f/m)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for a defined, complex and versatile area in detailed design in the field of bending and punching
• Preparation and coordination of technical documentation for assembly tools, sequential composite tools, systems and general equipment
• Ensuring high-quality product designs, their detailed drawings (mostly in CAD), concept discussions and bills of materials
• Further development and implementation with regard to efficiency increases, project optimizations, key figures and analyses and feasibility studies as well as offers
• Regular exchange with the direct supervisor and other specialists in the team, active interdisciplinary cooperation in various projects in the specialist area (further developments, deputies, supplier support, etc.)

Your profile:

• Technical basic training mandatory with further training in the field of design, mechanical/metal construction at HF/FH/Bachelor level (or equivalent)
• Proof of performance in a central function of a production or manufacturing company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
• Several years of specialist experience in the design area
• Proficient handling of process and development topics in an industrial or processing environment (or comparable sector)
• Very good German in spoken and written form, business English proficient, strong desire for an all-rounder activity, good knowledge of standards as well as CAD, MS-Office and ERP are of great advantage
