The Pension Institute of the Canton of Ticino is an autonomous public law entity based in Bellinzona. It is the largest pension fund in Ticino, with employees of the Canton, communal teachers, and staff of around a hundred other entities affiliated, for a total of 17'000 active insured, 10'000 pensioners, and assets of over CHF 6 billion. With immediate effect or by agreement, we are looking for a Lawyer (80%) Lawyer (80%) Tasks: Conducting legal in-depth analyses mainly in the field of occupational pension provision, real estate law, and public law Managing disputes, if necessary in collaboration with external legal representatives Providing general legal support to the Management and the Board of Directors Providing legal support to the pension department, in particular for complex cases (e.g. disability, recourse, etc.) Providing legal support to the real estate department, in particular in the context of rental and construction Providing legal support to the general services, in particular in labor law Examining the legal content of contracts with suppliers of works, goods, and services Examining the legal content of contracts related to investments Examining the legal content of regulations and directives issued by the Institute Supporting the Director in the minutes of the Board of Directors meetings Availability for training/perfection in the field of occupational pension provision Requirements: University education in law (license, bachelor, or master) obtained in Switzerland In-depth knowledge of social insurance and/or real estate and public law Several years of practical experience as a lawyer, in particular in dispute management, contract drafting, and regulation and/or in the management of benefit cases Predisposition to both individual and team work Flexibility, proactivity, and strong negotiation skills Good knowledge of the cantonal political-institutional context Italian mother tongue and excellent knowledge of German and/or French Preferred qualifications: experience in pension/insurance institutions or consulting companies in the LPP field and/or the Advocate's patent What we offer: A position of responsibility with varied tasks in a motivated and cohesive team Possibility of telework and other interesting employment and salary conditions Opportunities for continuous training and personal development The possibility of making a difference for the pension provision of over 27'000 people in Ticino If we have sparked your interest, do not hesitate to send your application, complete with cover letter, curriculum vitae, diplomas, and work certificates via e-mail to E-Mail schreiben (<>) (subject: Lawyer Competition) by July 19, 2026.
