• 15 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Luzern As a subsidiary of the Société de Navigation du lac des Quatre-Cantons (SGV), Tavolago AG manages the gastronomy on the 5 steamships and 14 motorboats of the SGV and, also on land, we pamper our customers in several establishments as well as during catering and large events with up to 5000 guests with a culinary offering. Our land-based establishments include the LUZ Seebistro, the Taube tavern, the CHÄRNSMATT - auberge & paradis de jeux and the Ampersand grill restaurant. In summer 2027, the new 6000 hotel will open with 150 rooms. In addition, we are gastronomic partners of the Pilatus Arena and the Lucerne fair. Marketing Project Manager (a) # 80% - 100% Lucerne ## We are looking for a marketing project manager (a) 80-100% from August or by arrangement Here is what needs to be done • You plan, coordinate and implement integrated marketing campaigns for Tavolago and our establishments via various online and offline channels and continuously develop them. • You take on graphic tasks such as the design, adjustment and development of menus, flyers and other advertising media for print and digital channels. • You are part of the marketing team and work closely with internal departments and external partners, ensuring a structured and efficient implementation of projects. • You develop content and marketing measures adapted to target groups. • You help to monitor compliance with the corporate design (CI/CD) of the company and the various brands. • You support your team as needed in the management of the website, social media, campaigns or content creation.  What we expect from you • You have a degree or continuing education in marketing and possess several years of professional experience. • You have a good sense of content, trends and the needs of different target groups and bring creative ideas as well as personal initiative. • You work in a structured, reliable and autonomous manner and are happy to take on responsibility. • You are communicative, like working in a team and enjoy coordinating several projects simultaneously. • You possess solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite, especially InDesign (Illustrator and Photoshop are an advantage). • You have knowledge of SEO/SEA/GEO. • You have a very good command of German and have a good sense for communication adapted to target groups.  • You use AI-assisted tools in a targeted manner to support your daily work.  What awaits you You can train with us, advance your career and make things move with your ideas.
