Test Engineer In-Circuit Test (ICT)

You develop and maintain in-circuit test systems for electronic assemblies and ensure reliable testing in production.

Tasks

• Programming, commissioning, and optimization of in-circuit test systems (ICT)
• Creation and further development of ICT test programs for electronic assemblies
• Analysis of circuit diagrams, bills of materials, and CAD/layout data for the creation of test programs
• Development, support, and maintenance of test hardware and test adapters
• Analysis and optimization of test coverage, test times, and error detection
• Performance of debugging and error analysis on electronic assemblies
• Technical support for production regarding testing problems and malfunctions

Profile

• Completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, or automation
• Experience in the programming and support of in-circuit test systems is an advantage
• Good knowledge of electronics, circuit technology, and measurement technology
• Ability to read and systematically analyze electronic circuit diagrams
• Experience in troubleshooting and analysis of electronic assemblies
• Good knowledge in handling Windows-based systems
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing
