Your tasks • Together with the *Head of Branding*, you are responsible for the strategic further development of our Trust Brand and for the maintenance of the various NZZ brand identities and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. • As an interface and translator, you accompany various internal teams in campaign planning, product launches, and special projects. Your focus is on collaborating with the leads of the Revenue Teams in Switzerland and in Germany. • You will be graphically active yourself in day-to-day business and will be a sparring partner for colleagues or for special questions from other departments. • You inspire and lead with empathy our experienced 7-member team *Kreation & Marke*, the internal advertising agency of NZZ, organized decentrally in Switzerland and in Germany. • Together with the Senior Copywriter/Conceptor & Process Lead in the team, you plan resources and tasks based on the expertise of the team and optimize synergies and timings with the various stakeholders. Your profile • You have completed a degree in graphic design or a corresponding graphic education (digital and print) plus continuous further training. • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Brand Design / Corporate Identity (agency or in-house). • Initial sound experience in team leadership and understanding of the complex leadership tasks within an expert team with great experience and strong opinions. • A high sense for visual storytelling, brand management, aesthetics, as well as an understanding of the requirements for the brand transformation of heritage premium brands. • Excellent knowledge of all common programs from the Adobe Creative Cloud to various AI tools in the field of Creative Automation. • High implementation orientation and assertiveness in a matrix organization. Confident appearance during campaign presentations before the executive board. • Willingness for the balancing act between stakeholder focus and quality standards to ensure brand-compliant premium positioning. • Stylish German language skills in spoken and written form.
