Accountant 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the management of general accounting and the entry of current accounting transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and participate in periodic and annual closings
• Manage supplier payments as well as client invoicing
• Ensure the administrative follow-up related to accounting and financial activities
• Prepare payroll and manage statements with social insurance agencies
• Participate in the preparation of VAT statements and tax returns
• Collaborate with various internal and external interlocutors within the framework of financial activities

Profile

• Holder of a Federal Diploma of specialist in finance and accounting
• Confirmed experience of at least 4 years in a similar function or within a Swiss fiduciary
• Excellent mastery of Swiss accounting, payroll, and social insurance
• Perfect mastery of French with good knowledge of English; German is an asset
• Very good knowledge of Abacus, Winbiz and Office 365 software
• Autonomous, organized and solution-oriented personality
• Recognized rigor, discretion, sense of service and spirit of initiative
