Spitex Foppa provides ambulatory care and support for around 300 clients in its catchment area around Ilanz. The service area includes the regions Safiental, Vals, Lumnezia, Obersaxen Mundaun, Andiast/Waltensburg and the region Ilanz/Glion. The organization ensures needs-based care and support in the familiar environment of the clients and works according to the reference nursing model with the goal of promoting independence, quality of life and individual resources as best as possible. Pflegefachperson HF/FH Your tasks include: • Conducting needs assessments as a contact person and lead person • Managing and implementing the entire nursing process • Ensuring nursing quality in close cooperation with nursing experts • Caring for and supporting clients at home You possess the following qualities: • Completed vocational training as a dipl. nursing specialist • Independent, responsible and organized way of working • High professional and social competence • Knowledge of common MS-Office applications, Perigon experience an advantage • Driver's license cat.
