You are the central point of contact for construction projects -- advising, examining, coordinating and accompanying projects safely until their successful implementation. Your tasks <br /> • You advise building owners as well as architects in planning, construction law and architectural issues. • In doing so, you coordinate and carry out building permit procedures, examine and assess building applications technically and create the corresponding applications to the city council. • Additionally, you carry out construction controls and construction acceptances and ensure a legally compliant implementation of the construction projects. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have a degree in the field of architecture, civil or structural engineering (FH, higher technical school or equivalent). Ideally, you have completed the specialist module in construction at the HSLU or are motivated to attend this course. • You are interested in planning and construction law and work independently, in a structured and customer-oriented manner. • A confident demeanor, team skills, a quick grasp and very good oral and written German skills characterize you. • Additionally, you are digitally savvy and convince through organizational talent, initiative and a high level of resilience. <br /> From the water tower to the KKL: The around 25-strong team of the Building Permits department pays attention to the interplay of existing and new buildings and keeps the overall picture of the city in mind. In exchange with building owners and planners, new buildings, renovations and the further development of monuments are implemented in a high-quality manner.
