• Perform complete finishing on 5 axis CNC machines Recomatic and/or Bula and/or Cyberpolish: polishing, brightening and felting preparation
• Perform complete finishing on conventional machines: polishing, brightening and felting preparation
• Perform dimensional and aesthetic controls of components
• Define and perform polishing sequences
• Participate in the design of specific tools and fixtures
• Contribute to continuous improvement by being proactive in manufacturing methods and the realization of tools
• Perform production stamping and follow daily production indicators
• Training as a polisher or finisher in watchmaking finishing (non-negotiable)
• Mastery of RECOMATIC machines (non-negotiable)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Good dexterity and autonomy
• Dynamic, organized, versatile person with a good team spirit
