Exciting tasks await:

• Management, control, and representation of small to large construction projects from project development to commissioning
• Ensuring quality, timely, and cost-effective planning and implementation of projects in compliance with the approved credits as well as public procurement law (IVöB)
• Development of project basics with the future user within the framework of the approved credits
• Goal-oriented and solution-oriented leadership of internal and external planning teams
• Independent coordination considering the economic and ecological use of resources

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies as an Architect ETH/FH with sound professional experience in project management
• Experience in the role as client representation and in public procurement is an advantage
• Confidence in assessing architectural concepts with high standards for building culture and sustainability as well as experience with digital planning and construction processes
• As a strong-communication personality, you know how to win negotiation partners for common goals and to implement customer needs at a high level operationally, architecturally, and technically

The Departement Finanzen und Ressourcen (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dfr/ueber-uns/organisation/generalsekretariat) with around 650 employees is responsible as a cross-sectional department for ensuring that the resources necessary for the fulfillment of tasks are available to the canton.

The employees of the Abteilung Immobilien Aargau (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dfr/immobilien) systematically and purposefully manage the cantonal real estate portfolio. They cover the space requirements of the cantonal institutions at market conditions and are responsible for new buildings, renovations as well as the repair and maintenance of cantonal properties, whether school, office building, prison, or castle.
