Employee Facility Services and Administration

Your tasks

• General activities in facility services (e.g., mail distribution, material management, minor logistical tasks)
• Ordering and management of consumables (office, coffee, cleaning materials, etc.)
• Packing, shipping, and processing of packages, shipments, delivery notes, and invoices
• Deputy for the responsible facility services person during holiday absences
• Care and organization of the vehicle fleet (maintenance, cleaning, refueling)
• Reception of visitors as well as receiving calls via the main number

Your profile

• Completed vocational training and professional experience in an all-rounder, operations, or facility services function
• Basic technical understanding, manual dexterity, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are a mandatory requirement, French and other national languages are an advantage
• Friendly, well-groomed appearance, as well as good organizational skills
• Very good IT user knowledge
• Driver's license category B
