Founded in 1962, the family business today employs over 2500 people from more than 80 countries across the group, with an increasing tendency. The company's headquarters is located in the Canton of Glarus. Various activities are bundled in our "Corporate Functions" business area. In addition to our Finance and IT services, global Marketing and Sales Management as well as Human Resources are also located in this area. What awaits you #####

• You coordinate seasonal orders
• You analyze historical data and derive relevant insights for seasonal quantity planning
• You accompany the quantity planning of new launches in close cooperation with Marketing
• You create and maintain the short- and long-term demand planning (Forecast)
• You communicate across departments and countries
• You prepare KPI reports and create them independently
• You take over internal team substitutions

What you bring with you #####

• You have a commercial education with specialized further training (e.g., in the field of business administration, Supply Chain or planning) or a degree from a university of applied sciences or a comparable higher vocational training
• You bring experience in demand planning, scheduling, procurement or a comparable analytical area
• You have a strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
• You are very proficient in using Microsoft Excel; knowledge in Power Tools (e.g. Power Query / Power Pivot) is an advantage
• You have experience with ERP systems, ideally with CEE
• You communicate confidently in German and English
• You are characterized by quality awareness and a sense of responsibility
• You work independently, flexibly, team-oriented and with commitment
