Workshop Mechanic/After-Sales Service Manager 100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on equipment and vehicles
• Perform technical inspections and functional tests
• Prepare and commission new or repaired equipment
• Ensure the management of after-sales service requests and the follow-up of interventions
• Advise customers on repairs, warranties and technical solutions
• Coordinate parts orders and the follow-up of after-sales service files
• Participate in the organization of the workshop and the maintenance of an optimal working environment

Profile

• CFC in mechanics, mechatronics or equivalent technical training
• Experience in a mechanical workshop, ideally supplemented by after-sales service skills
• Ease in exchanges with customers and sense of service
• Autonomous, organized and solution-oriented person
• Category B driving license
