Apprentice Cook EFZ A traineeship in the hospital is varied, practical, and future-oriented. In a familiar atmosphere, we train nine different apprenticeship professions – always with the person at the center. Around 940 employees are committed daily to the well-being of our over 80’000 patients.For August 2027, we offer an exciting and versatile apprenticeship as an Apprentice Cook EFZ in the healthcare sector. You will receive a comprehensive insight into daily hospital life and will be accompanied and supported individually and competently. Apprentice Cook EFZ 100% The training \- What awaits you? During your three-year training period, you will work in various areas of the kitchen and acquire broad knowledge on various topics such as food, cooking methods, up to nutrition. You cook for patients, visitors, and the employees of our hospital and help with the preparation of banquets. In addition to classic cuisine, you also have the opportunity to prepare exotic dishes for various stakeholder groups in the hospital. You can also contribute your own ideas and wishes in the hospital kitchen. To deepen your theoretical knowledge, you will attend the vocational school in Aarau and complete the inter-company courses of the health industry.
