Your tasks Your new and varied area of responsibility includes processing BESR money receipts and inquiries from insured persons regarding installments and payment deferrals, in addition, you are responsible for the dunning processes. You monitor the money receipts from refunds, manage various status lists, and process the daily electronic inquiries from our customer portal. As a point of contact for telephone and written inquiries from our insured persons, as well as internal departments and external partners, you look forward to frequent contact. You also support the team with the monthly IKS and the quarterly and annual closures, and together with the colleagues of the Debitorenteam, you represent the Kreditorenbuchhaltung and the Liegenschaftsadministration. After the training period, you have the opportunity to work one day a week in the home office.
