Employee Pre-collection temporary with very good French skills

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) Pre-collection for our client. You are the contact person for customers with outstanding receivables and provide them with competent support by telephone. You analyze the causes of payment arrears and develop individual and sustainable solutions together with our customers. Furthermore, you arrange payment plans. In addition, you document all customer conversations in the system. For this task, you need a commercial basic training, very good PC skills, proficient German skills as well as very good French skills.
