Your tasks with the new employer:

• Overall responsibility for financial accounting including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and inventory accounting lies within your area of responsibility and ensures reliable financial management
• You independently prepare VAT returns as well as quarterly and annual financial statements and provide meaningful analyses as a basis for decision-making for management
• Budgeting processes, liquidity planning and the continuous optimization of reporting and financial processes are actively accompanied and sustainably further developed
• The coordination of external IT service providers as well as support for employees in first-level support enables smooth operation of the digital infrastructure

You offer your new employer:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in finance and accounting or a comparable business qualification forms the ideal basis for this function
• You have several years of professional experience in an industrial or commercial environment and bring the necessary security in closing of accounts as well as sound knowledge of balance sheets
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications characterize your profile, whereby experience with ABACUS and a high IT affinity are particularly valued
