Caserne, 1530 Payerne | 80-100% What you can contribute to <br /> • Lead the Basic Leadership Domain 1 (DBC 1) of Brigade Aviation 31 (Br av 31), which is responsible for managing the militia personnel of Br av 31 and its five basic airbase commands, 14 troop corps, and three instruction/school commands subordinate to it • Support and advise the commander of Br av 31 and the subordinate commands in anticipating the planning of the relief of cadres and militia members • Ensure the planning of the relief and coordination of Br av 31's militia cadres as well as its subordinate commands • Lead the planning, processing, and supervision of training services (basic training, advanced training, training support, and peace promotion) • Develop and implement the design and guidelines for the compulsory military service of Br av 31's approximately 7'000 members • Represent the interests of Br av 31 in matters of "Troop Personnel" to the superior instance and third parties <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Diploma as a commerce employee or equivalent education with higher professional training and several years of relevant experience for the position • Extensive network in the field of "Troop Personnel" as well as good knowledge of the corresponding processes • Analytical and conceptual mindset with leadership experience • Officer or senior non-commissioned officer with experience in administrative personnel management desired • Very good mastery of MS Office as well as knowledge of the Army's personnel management and control systems: PISA / MIL Office • Good oral and written command of a second official language (French / German) and knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a few words Brigade Aviation 31 (Br av 31), with its five basic airbase commands, 14 troop corps, and three instruction/school commands subordinate to it, is a highly dynamic organization focused on commitments and training, making an essential contribution to the services and missions of the Air Force and the Army. In this versatile and high-responsibility leadership position, you will coordinate, plan, and support, with your team, the military services as well as the military training and advanced training of Br av 31 members. Additionally, you will support the commander of Br av 31 and the subordinate commands in coordinating and anticipating the relief of cadres as well as all technical issues related to "Troop Personnel".
