For our client, we are looking for a communicative and tech-savvy personality who enjoys sales and daily contact with people. In this position, you will provide advisory support to customers, find suitable telecommunications solutions, and ensure a perfectly successful shopping experience with your expertise.

Telecommunications Sales Consultant (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Advising customers on mobile phone subscriptions, smartphones, accessories, and digital products
• Identifying individual needs and developing suitable solutions
• Active sale of products and services
• Support with device changes, commissioning, and other service requests
• Competent answering of technical questions and support with the use of digital solutions
• Ensuring a well-maintained and customer-friendly sales area
• Participation in stock management, goods control, and inventories
• Completion of various administrative activities
• Collaboration with the team to achieve common sales and service goals

Your Profile ###

• Completed training in retail or comparable professional experience
• Sales experience, ideally in a telecommunications, electronics, or multimedia environment
• Strong interest in smartphones, technology, and digital trends
• Enjoyment of advising, sales, and active customer contact
• Confident, friendly, and professional appearance
• Independent, reliable, and customer-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills; further language skills are a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to be deployed at different locations if required
