On behalf of one of our clients in Fribourg, a human-sized institution specialized in medical care, we are looking for a CFC Cook (H/F) Your future responsibilities: • You will prepare or supervise the preparation of food to be cooked: peel vegetables, wash them, cut meat, determine the quantity of various ingredients. • You will prepare the dishes that make up the menu: soup, salad, meat, vegetables, dessert, etc. • You will garnish the plates or plates with care. • You will clean and put away kitchen utensils, equipment and work tools. • You will sort waste according to company guidelines, eliminate or recycle it. Your profile: • You have a CFC cook certificate (required). • You have experience in an EMS or a similar structure - an asset. • Experience or dietary training - an asset. • You show a sense of responsibility and organization. • You enjoy cooking. • You have an interest in and understanding of the special needs of the elderly. • You are autonomous, while knowing how to work in interdisciplinarity. • You are enthusiastic and dynamic in nature and promote a good working atmosphere. • You show availability and flexibility.
