For our Modern Workplace team, we are looking for operational reinforcement with a focus on software packaging and modern software distribution. We are looking for a true "Change Agent": someone who not only operates existing processes but brings the drive to actively automate and further develop our packaging, deployment, and patch processes. • Software Packaging: Responsibility for the packaging, repackaging, and lifecycle management of applications for Windows 11 with a focus on modern deployment technologies in Microsoft Intune (Win32)
• Automation & Modernization: Ongoing optimization and automation of software packaging, software deployments, and patch processes using PowerShell, PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT), Intune, and other modern tools
• Software Distribution: Operation, monitoring, and continuous further development of Intune-based software distribution in an enterprise environment with over 1'000 clients
• Operational Backbone: Analysis and resolution of packaging, installation, and deployment problems in 2nd and 3rd level support, as well as close cooperation with Service Desk, Client Engineering, and application owners
• Holistic System View: You understand the Modern Workplace as a coherent ecosystem and assess the impact of software rollouts, packages, and configurations on the entire end-device platform
• Documentation & Compliance: Creation, maintenance, and ownership of technical documentation, operating manuals (BHB), as well as support for ISDS-relevant concepts and compliance requirements
• Teamwork: Active knowledge transfer within the team as well as ensuring deputy coverage and sustainable knowledge preservation

• Completed IT training (EFZ, HF, FH or comparable) or equivalent, long-term practical experience in the field of endpoint management and software packaging
• Several years of experience in software packaging and endpoint management in enterprise environments with over 1'000 clients
• Verifiable, sound practical experience with Microsoft Intune and the distribution of Win32 applications
• Very good knowledge of MSI, MSIX, and repackaging technologies including package analysis, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Very good PowerShell knowledge as well as practical experience in the automation of operational and deployment processes
• Practical experience with PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT) as well as ideally knowledge of Patch My PC
• Very good knowledge of Windows 11 and modern understanding of endpoint management platforms
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• You are a team player, take responsibility in daily business, and enjoy actively modernizing and automating existing processes
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
